 ept the President's Report\,\n. Receive nominations for the 2019 Committee
  and elect the successful nominees to their respective positions\,\nThe Co
 mmittee comprises of the President\, the Vice President\, the Secretary\, 
 the Treasurer and three Committee Members.\n. Appoint other officers of th
 e Club\,\n. Public Officer\,\n. Awards Manager.\n. Agenda items\,\n. Gener
 al business.\nVoting:\nOnly full members may participate in the voting.\nA
 ny member may appoint a Proxy to vote on his/her behalf by completing the 
 Proxy Form and forwarding it to the President to reach him by the 8th Nove
 mber 2019.\nNominations for the Committee:\nNominations for the Committee 
 may be made using the Nomination Form. They must be proposed and seconded 
 by a Full Member. The Nominee must accept the nomination and also be a Ful
 l Member. Nominations must be forwarded to the President to reach him by t
 he 8th November 2019.\nNominations will also be taken from the floor of th
